Welcome to Fourthwall! We’re thrilled to have you join over 75,000 creators, streamers, and artists who have built their brands on Fourthwall.

Over the past 10 years, our team has helped creators sell over $1 billion worth of products. We took those best practices and necessary tools and turned them into Fourthwall, a platform built for creators like you. Our main goal is simple:

To help you launch your brand, on your terms.

We make it easy to launch a professional online shop without needing to make that your full-time job. You can focus on your creative work, and we’ll handle product quality, sourcing, customer support, and sales taxes.

By joining Fourthwall, you get:

All with no monthly fees and no upfront costs.

How to get started on Fourthwall

You can begin selling in minutes by logging into your account and following three easy setup steps:

  1. Creating your first product
  2. Customizing your storefront
  3. Promoting to your audience

We’ve also included an easy to use video tutorial below, as well as a detailed walkthrough of shop migration in our Help Center.

Let’s get started!

Step 1: Create your first product

Once you’ve created your account, it’s time to start creating your first product. There are four ways to sell on Fourthwall:

  1. Design something new
  2. Sell something you have
  3. Create a digital product
  4. Offer memberships

For your first product, we recommend selecting “Design Something New” and choosing an item to customize from our catalog. We have hundreds of retail-quality items to choose from! If you're not sure where to start, consider checking out our best-sellers

Once you've selected your product, it's time for designs! If you need help drawing up designs, we have some suggestions:

  1. If you have experience, create a design in Canva, Photoshop, Figma, etc.
  2. Check your community for talented designers
  3. Browse our community of trusted designers

Once your design is ready, upload it to the designer. We recommend uploading an image with at least 200 DPI. You can view more details regarding artwork guidelines in our Help Center

After your design is uploaded, you can choose which available product color variants you’d like to include in your listing. Before finalizing your product, be sure to preview what it’ll look like in real life by using our high-quality mockups.

Next, add a title and description for your product and set your selling price. We’ll tell you how much you make on each sale, so you can determine the right price for you. On the next page, you’ll be able to edit any additional details, add or edit your product images, and set your product live on your store.

Step 2: Design your site

MKBHD uses Fourthwall to power his site

After you’ve created your first product, get ready to design your site and make it yours! This is where you'll showcase your products and make them available for purchase. It’s also your opportunity to incorporate your branding.

  1. Choose a theme that resonates with your personality and style
  2. Edit your theme to include your logo and other branding elements (colors and fonts, etc.)
  3. Customize your layout by adding sections like your social media feeds, a donations page, featured collections, a links list, custom HTML, etc.

Step 3: Connecting your apps

To maximize your site’s potential, we recommend browsing our available apps and configuring those that are relevant to you, your content, and your community. Head to your Settings → Apps to see the full list and get started.

Stream Alerts:  Setting up stream alerts on Fourthwall is easy, and can seamlessly be done through StreamElements. You can choose graphics and sounds that feel authentic to you and your community, making each purchase feel like a celebration.

Twitch Gifting: You’ve heard of gifting subs, but did you know that with Fourthwall you can gift merch and memberships? By enabling Twitch Gifting, you and your community members unlock the ability to purchase gifts for Chat while you’re live – a proven way to increase sales, build hype, and engage with your audience.

YouTube Product Shelf: Adding a YouTube Product Shelf lets you promote your shop to your viewers by displaying your products in the same place where you’re producing content. It also lets your viewers seamlessly browse and purchase your products without leaving YouTube. Easily build awareness of your shop across all of your videos and watch the sales roll in!

Step 4: Set up new merch alerts and widgets

Lastly, you’ll need to reconfigure your alerts and widgets to go along with your new and improved shop. After your Fourthwall and StreamElements accounts are connected, double check your previously created alerts and adjust them as needed. Since you’ll now have access to Twitch Gifting, you should set up those alerts as well.
