What is MOQ?

MOQ, or Minimum Order Quantity, refers to the smallest number of units required for a custom order. This quantity can range from as low as 24 units to as high as 500 units, depending on the product.

To move forward with production and sales, you need to meet the MOQ.

How can I hit MOQ?

There are two primary ways to meet the MOQ:

  • Bulk Order: You can purchase the entire quantity upfront, for example, by ordering 50 units at once. This option guarantees a set launch date and faster distribution of your product.
  • Pre-Order Campaign: Alternatively, you can launch a pre-order campaign to gather orders in advance. This method allows you to fund production based on actual demand, reducing the risk of overproduction and excess inventory.

Both options will help you meet the MOQ, so choose the one that best fits your resources and goals.

I submitted my product request, now what?

Congratulations on submitting your product request! Our team will review it, and if additional information is needed—especially for custom items—we’ll reach out to you. Once we have all the necessary details, we’ll provide you with a quote. Please note that the process may take longer if further details are required.

Do I really need to order samples?

While not mandatory for some items, we highly recommend ordering a sample before placing your full order. This ensures that the final product meets your expectations in terms of quality, design, and overall appearance.

Additionally, without a sample, we cannot provide product photography, which means you won’t have accurate images for your product listing. Ordering a sample allows you to make any necessary adjustments and ensures that your product is perfectly represented before it goes live. Please note that there is a fee for ordering samples.

How long does it take to make a product?

Timelines vary depending on the type of product. For items listed in our catalog, you can check the listing for estimated timelines.

For custom products, the process can be more extended. Sample production typically takes 2-3 weeks, full production 3-4 weeks, and shipping can take 15-30 days. Please be prepared for a longer timeline due to the bespoke nature of the development process.
