Absolutely thrilled with how this mug turned out! I was happy to see that with mugs it appears that my lighter more bright images on a white background do not need to be adjusted for brightness at all and print perfectly on the mug. In fact, I would not have wanted to adjust any brightness otherwise I may have lost those subtle details that I am so delighted showed up on the mug. I also am so impressed with how the printing sublimation on there is not raised at all it's completely smooth and that blows my mind. I did not realize it would not be raised as if it could be feeling like it could be scratched off eventually. Also I really appreciated that it was shipped in eco-friendly packaging. I would love for my customers to have that nice experience of not having to receive something just wrapped in bubble wrap. It was a much nicer experience with the more thoughtful protective packaging. Thank you Fourthwall for being so generous to offer the sample credits.
The mug feels solid and well made, but the print came out far too dark. I have the same illustration on posters and t-shirts where the colors are accurate, but the mug print quality doesn’t match.

The print comes out a lot darker than the image uploaded for the design. I have to adjust the design to be about 30% brighter for it to print the design how I want it to look.
