Fourthwall’s Affiliate Program is designed to help you earn commissions by referring others to our platform. Whether you’re a content creator, entrepreneur, or a general advocate for helping others monetize their passions, there are many ways to earn more money by teaching others about Fourthwall. In this guide, we’ll share tips and examples of other affiliates promoting Fourthwall with their referral links, and provide strategies to help you maximize your earnings.
The most successful affiliates use creative and engaging strategies to drive signups. Here are a few ways they do it, and how you can as well:
No matter what you’re advertising, using real-life examples is one of the best ways to showcase a product. That’s why our most successful affiliates tell their own stories and use their own shops as examples. Think about your journey and what brought you to finding success on Fourthwall. Did you move from another platform? Were you introduced to Fourthwall by someone you look up to? What makes you love Fourthwall? What features have helped you succeed?
Share your favorite ones, here are some of our most popular features:
Features for shops
Features for memberships
Most importantly, be honest. You should only be promoting Fourthwall if you are truly enjoying the experience.
Many affiliates on our platform create in-depth videos demonstrating how to set up a shop and create products. Showing a walkthrough of how seamless the setup is on Fourthwall acts as a great way to get people excited to sign up and start monetizing their passions as well.
Where do your followers go to view your content? Whatever your answer is, that’s where you should spend time talking about your experience. Most affiliates leverage Twitter, Reddit, YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok to talk about their success on Fourthwall.
If you have a newsletter that your community subscribes to, consider adding your referral link there. Newsletters are a great way to give your supporters long-form content that they can sink their teeth into. If Fourthwall announces a new feature that you think your community would love, feel free to write about it!
If you’d like to post about Fourthwall on your socials, but don’t want to share your referral link publicly, we suggest asking people to ‘DM’ you or comment for a signup link, which you can send them privately. This way, you can spread the word but keep your referral link close (though Affiliates and Affiliate Plus members have unlimited referrals.) To effectively promote Fourthwall on social media, keep these tips in mind:
If you’re passionate about Fourthwall and want to teach your friends or colleagues about it, show them what excites you. Showing images and videos is a much more effective way to demonstrate your point.
Focus on what you like about the platform. While there’s nothing wrong with making general statements, if you get specific with the benefits you’ve found on Fourthwall, people will be more intrigued. If you’re comfortable, tell people how much more income you’ve made since signing up for Fourthwall, or how much your community loves the quality of the products you’re offering.
Create videos (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.) explaining why you love using Fourthwall, and why you think this is a great platform for creators. If you’re open to it, show behind the scenes footage of you designing a new product, or editing your shop. This shows people how easy it is to use our platform, while also giving them a semi-tutorial.
It’s important to let people know why they should be using your affiliate link versus just signing up normally. Mention that new signups receive sample credit to test out the platform & product quality risk-free. As a reminder:

Also, while mentioning this, it’s important to explain the benefits of getting sample credits. This is essentially free money to use on your own shop. Use these to test the quality, but also for promotional purposes (post pictures wearing or using the products.) Creators that order samples of their products are more likely to sell significantly more than those that don’t.
Promote seasonal or holiday sales as an opportunity to start a shop. Any time is the right time to start monetizing your passions. Winter, Spring, Summer, or Fall can all have separate drops. Remind your potential referred creators that each holiday is an opportunity to make a special collection and excite supporters.
