Acceptable Use Policy

While Fourthwall believes in the free and open exchange of ideas and products, certain activities are expressly prohibited in order to create a better experience for creators and their fans. The following activities are forbidden:

1. Child exploitation. You may not use your Fourthwall site to offer goods/services or host content that either exploits or abuses children. This includes but is not limited to depictions of child abuse or the presentation of children in a sexual manner.
2. Illegal activities. You may not use your Fourthwall site to offer goods/services or host content that violates the laws of the jurisdictions in which you operate or do business.
3. Hateful content. You may not use your Fourthwall site to offer goods/services or host content that promotes hate or violence against people based on race, ethnicity, color, national origin, religion, age, gender, sexual orientation, disability, medical condition, veteran status, or other forms of discriminatory intolerance.
4. Harassment, abuse, defamation, bullying, and threats. You may not use Fourthwall to offer goods/services, or upload content, that harasses, abuses, defames, bullies or threatens a specific individual, or incites others to do so.
5. Self-harm. You may not use your Fourthwall site to offer goods/services or host content that promotes self-harm.
6. Personal, confidential, and protected information. You may not use your Fourthwall site to offer goods/services or host content that contains personally identifiable information, sensitive personal information, sensitive health information, or confidential information (credit card numbers, confidential national ID numbers, or account passwords) unless you have express written consent from the person to whom the information belongs or are other authorized.
7. Intellectual property. You may not use your Fourthwall site to offer goods or services, or post or upload Materials, that infringe on the copyright or trademarks of others.
8. Terrorist organizations. You may not use your Fourthwall site to offer goods/services or host content that support either the funding of or the membership in a terrorist organization.
9. Adult content and services. Fourthwall’s payment processors will not process payments for adult goods or services. You therefore may not use your Fourthwall site to offer goods/services or host content that (i) contains pornography or other mature audience content that depicts nudity or explicit sexual acts, or (ii) relates in any way to adult services, including without limitation prostitution, escort services, pay-per view pornography, sexual massages, or adult live chat features.
10. Digital currencies and gift cards. You may not use your Fourthwall site to sell, trade, or promote the sale of cryptocurrencies, digital currencies, in-game currencies, or gift cards.
11. Sweepstakes and contests. Sweepstakes, lotteries, raffles, or any similar chance-based offerings are not allowed on your Fourthwall site due to legal and regulatory restrictions.
12. Resale of contact lists. Selling or distributing vendor lists, contact lists, or similar data-based digital products is not permitted.
13. Service-based products. Services such as IPTV, SEO or growth services, consulting, car rental, and other service-based offerings are not permitted on your Fourthwall site.
14. Weapons and Firearms. Creators may not use the Fourthwall platform to sell, promote, or distribute weapons or weapon-related products. This includes firearms, firearm parts or components, ammunition, explosives, and similar regulated weapons or accessories. Due to payment processor restrictions and regulatory compliance requirements, such products are not permitted on the platform.
15. Cannabis, CBD, and drug paraphernalia. You may not use your Fourthwall site to sell cannabis, marijuana, hemp, CBD, THC, or other cannabinoid-containing products, or paraphernalia designed for use with cannabis or other controlled substances, regardless of the legal status of such products in your jurisdiction. This does not prohibit apparel or merchandise that depicts cannabis imagery.

Fourthwall has the right, but not the obligation, to monitor or investigate compliance with respect to this AUP. Fourthwall may, at any time and without notice, suspend or terminate your account if you engage in activities that violate either the letter or the spirit of this policy. Our determination of whether a violation of this AUP has occurred will be final and binding. Any action or inaction taken with respect to enforcing this AUP will be at our sole discretion.

Fourthwall can modify this policy at any time by posting a timestamped update. By continuing to use Fourthwall after a revised version of the AUP has been posted, you agree to comply with the latest version.
