You’ll be able to create your coupon codes once you sign up for Fourthwall. Design your storefront, create or upload products, and then check out the “Promotions” tab where you can create a promo code or other discounts. From here, you should select “Shop promo” if you’re interested in creating your own coupon code. Choose between a percentage off, flat amount off, or free shipping discount. You can combine free shipping with the other two discount options as well. You can either let your supporters use these codes on specific products, or as a discount on their entire order. If you want your code to be more exclusive, you can restrict them to orders that have a minimum order value, supporters that are subscribed to your memberships, or orders coming from specific countries. Lastly, decide if you want this code to be unlimited, or enter a limit to the number of times the code is used.
Separately, Fourthwall gives you the option to create custom giveaway links. These are generated links that supporters can use to order a product for free. When a supporter receives their link, they are able to select their size (if applicable) and enter in their address and other information.

If you choose “Generate codes for me” your code(s) will be randomly generated. To make these really unique and exclusive, you’ll need to allow one use for each code. You may also want to create a single-use unique giveaway link that you can send directly to a supporter.
No, you do not need to make a payment to generate promo codes. This is a feature that is available for free! Once your promo code or giveaway links are used, though, the remaining cost will be taken out of your profits - or you’ll have a negative balance.
