No. Fourthwall's support team isn't going anywhere. Eli handles common support questions so you get faster answers. If Eli runs into a question that it cannot answer, you'll be automatically connected to our support team.
No. Your conversations, shop data, and creative assets are never used to train AI models. Eli accesses your shop data only to give you personalized answers. We use Anthropic's commercial API, which contractually prohibits using customer content for model training. Your data stays yours, and will remain that way.
