No. Your conversations, shop data, and creative assets are never used to train AI models. Eli accesses your shop data only to give you personalized answers. We use Anthropic's commercial API, which contractually prohibits using customer content for model training. Your data stays yours, and will remain that way.

Yes. You can disable Eli at any time in your Fourthwall account settings. No pressure or penalties. Your dashboard works exactly the same without it.

Yes. Eli can create promotions, edit product details, adjust pricing, and more. Every action requires your explicit approval before executing. Eli will show you exactly what it plans to do and wait for you to confirm before making any changes. You review, you approve, and Eli handles the rest.

No. Eli does not create designs or product artwork. It handles business operations: pricing, promotions, analytics, product creation, and shop management.

Yes. Eli is powered by Anthropic's foundational models (the same ones that power Claude). Eli uses Fourthwall's help center, internal documentation, and platform data. It only has access to your shop data to deliver personalized answers based on your business. Eli can only see and do what you could do in your own dashboard.

Eli can access your products, orders, analytics, shop settings, and payout information. That's it. It cannot access your social media accounts, personal files, email, browsing history, or any information outside of Fourthwall.

Eli was built by Fourthwall's engineering team. It uses Anthropic's foundational models.
