Here's exactly what Eli does, and how we built it.
Eli is a shop management assistant. It helps you run your business: pricing, promotions, analytics, product creation, and shop management. Eli does not generate artwork or designs.
Eli is built by Fourthwall's engineering team and powered by Anthropic's foundational models. It uses Fourthwall's help center, internal documentation, and platform data. When you ask Eli a question, it pulls from the same shop data you already see in your dashboard: orders, products, analytics, and settings. It can only see and do what you could do yourself.
When you ask Eli to take action on your shop, like creating a promotion or updating a product listing, it shows you exactly what it plans to do first. You'll review it, you approve it, and then Eli will execute it. You're always in control.
Your conversations with Eli and your shop data are not used to train AI models. Eli accesses your shop data to give you personalized answers. We use Anthropic's commercial API, which contractually prohibits using customer content for model training.
