What look to be scorch marks under the base of the handle and inside the handle grip. There is not a chance I could sell the product as it is. The attached photo doesn't show the scorch mark as much as it is in real life. Quality of the cup is good.
I do not think there was anything I disliked about this product. I received the mug in a timely manner. The mug was noticeably sturdy. My design came out very well. One of my husband's co-workers liked it so much that I gave the mug to him as a promotional item to spread the word about my shop. I definitely think people will enjoy this item.
I was very pleased with the quality of the printing and how the image transferred onto the mug - really pleased.
They lo9ked good but one arrived broken because it wasn't packed properly.
My design came out beautifully. The word was smaller than I expected, so I'll redo it.
