The size guide says that it's 4 3/8" tall but on my head it fits the same as a 5" hat and crushes directly into my ears.
Product is great, great quality and stitching but shipping price is still crazy hight so 4 stars
Maybe an embroidered rectangle is not be suited for this hat because it's softer, but the design is synched down, perhaps it wasn't straight, but the result is that when I put the hat on, it looks a little goofy, uneven around the design and flat across the top. Of course this didn't happen with the firmer trucker hat sample. I'm not sure if the next sample order would be stitched onto the hat differently or by a different person, but hesitant to list this for sale.
