The tumblers are beautiful, but even after just a few handwashes, multiple customers have complained about the image cracking and peeling at the top and bottom of the cup.

Tumbler is great. But the lid leaks.
I'm a big fan of these tumbler's form factor - they are very practical and even if you knock them over the spillage is contained to a minimum since the opening is small. On my older ones the designs do start to peel off after a while, I'm not sure how long or if I've done something to exacerbate the issue but 🤷 I've had designs in both black and white, they're both great!
The logo came out incredibly sharp with a beautiful glossy finish. Even with the Southern California summer heat, this tumbler managed to keep my drink ice cold even after sitting in a hot car for hours. A heads-up: it's not dishwasher safe. I learned this the hard way when my design warped, so now I only hand wash it.
