Pattern was hardly visible - socks are nice but white pattern disappears into the black socks somehow. Customers have already purchased this so I am a bit embarrassed that they don't look anything like the picture. How can this be remedied?
The socks are a bit thinner than average, but are well stitched, soft and comfy. I do wish they offered these in multiple sizes instead of a 1-size, but they're stretchy and fit my Size 8 Women's feet just fine (maybe even a little loosely). Probably wouldn't fit someone Size 12+ or Size 6-. Printing-wise, I would recommend avoiding fine details since the print does tend to blur around the edges (which I think can be expected when printing ink on fabric). They also updated their tools to allow seamless patterns, but I haven't tried it yet (this one has no seams, but it was made with a bunch of graphics I manually placed on the sock template, so it shouldn't anyways). Also, while the product description says they are sublimation, the tag on the product says they are NOT.
I like the socks and think they are very comfortable to wear. My only criticism is that it was so difficult to design these because the product designer just isn't very good and makes you guess. The print is pretty good and whilst it's not perfect, I think overall it's a reasonable product. I strongly recommend contacting Fourthwall support if you want a template to use to for your designs. They were able to send me a file set up in such a way that made it easier to know what goes where in the designer.
I've been ordering various samples products through fourthwall and this is the first and only item that I have been somewhat disappointed in. I ordered 3 separate design and I'm not particularly impressed with the print on any of them. There was a lot of color bleed and the quality of the print wasn't particularly good. The preview shown versus what I got was significantly different. I'm not a graphic designer, so maybe somebody who has more experience with printing and creating graphics for this style of printing will fair better than I did. This is not a big deal, as I was only ordering samples, but the quality of the print was disappointing enough that I'm writing a review for others thinking about trying it. Again, I have been otherwise very happy with my experience outside of this one on Fourthwall.
